It's sad how leaders of their countries take the money and distribute it out among themselves, family members and friends. Other countries including America have been aiding Africa and nothing has yet to change for the better. It's causing mayhem for them and also is hurting our economy because of the help we give them. If we were to be in a recession we could at least see a difference being made over there in Africa but there isn't. The money the other countries send Africa goes straight into private bank accounts. The U.S. and other foreign government shouldn't provide aid to Africa. They should focus on developing trade , industry, and infrastructure. Obviously what the governments are doing right now isn't helping so they should move on to Plan B which is focus on developing trade , industry, and infrastructure.
